Wilmington Freedom Alliance (WFA) is a volunteer run 501(c)(3) organization providing free legal and bail assistance for indigent persons in the City of Wilmington, who are otherwise financially incapable of obtaining such services, providing relief to the poor and distressed.

While it is not possible to post bail for every person who needs it, WFA prioritizes people whose communities have been particularly impacted by police violence, specifically, BIPOC, women, undocumented citizens, children, LGBTQIA+ people, sex workers, pregnant people, the elderly, victims of domestic violence, and victims of police violence.
